This anti-interventionist, unflavored American spontaneous ale is gently tart and layered with incredible complexity and balance — peachy esters, leathery funk, complex brett-laced aged-hop spice.

Amber, slightly dull. Moderate tartness, a bit woody, lots of bugs. This would be a good gueuze base, but as a standalone, hmmm, it’s okay. Definitely wants to be blended.

Brewery draught, 4/28/23. Clear brass. Small, white head. Buttery oak, more buttery oak. Hmm... Ah yes, diacetyl, sadly. Still delicious. Lots of lactic character, tart Brett and a malty well attenuated texture. Shame about the diacetyl but it happens. It will pass.
