Bottle. Amber beer with a cream head. Tart and yeasty aroma with light sourness and light breadiness. Bread and tart flavor with lemon and grain. Medium bodied. Grain and lemon lingers with tartness/light sourness.

Very cloudy dark orange. 1 finger head. Very small nose. Maybe some lemon lime? Not what I was expecting. There’s this copper penny and metal steel wool taste. Some salt olive brine and nasty rusty pipe taste at the finish. Just not very good

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a white head. Has a fruity malty weak sour caramel aroma. Fruity malty weak sour caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty sour caramel finish.

Bottle at Levi’s tasting. Yellow color. Sour and a little earthy. Yeast, and a light hint of citrus. Not very complex, but what is there is good. light palate that works on this refreshing beer.

Bottle 375ml @ fonefan
Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sour with notes of citrus, dough, yeast and fruits. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with a citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 6.5%. Hazy yellow with big white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, brett, yeast, little lemon and earthy. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, brett, earthy, little tart, medium dry, little lemon and bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, yeast, white wine, notes of brett, pepper, wheat malt and is nice and easy drinkable.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with a big and lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light bretty and moderate hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 040714

Sample at Kurtkeller 014: Almanac-tastic 01 on 06/27/2014. Pours a clear deep golden color with a medium white head that recedes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of tart fruit, malt and yeast. Medium-bodied with flavors of tart fruit, doughy yeast and oak. The finish is tart fruit up front with a bready malt and yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.
