Backlog July 2015. Almost clear golden body under a big, creamy white head. Relatively mild in aroma, flowers, herbs, yeast and dough. Unusually taste, kind of fruity, herbal, dough and minerals. Medium body with a bit funky aftertaste. Fun and nice to drink.

355ml bottle, many thanks to Kolschtrinker for this! Pours gold with a light mist, but generally clear. Perfect white head. Intriguing nose, lemon fresh with sourdough, spelt perhaps. Taste is complex, delicate.. the chardonnay seems to work in unison with the brett with lovely lemon shades. Light acidity, nice bretty sour edge that seem settled, soft doughy notes. Hard to know how this has aged having not tried it fresh, but all elements definitely seem to work in harmony here. Enjoyable Sunday evening sipper.

375ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey, bright golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting and lacing, white head. Fruity and biscuity doughy aroma, rather unspecific fruity notes of yellow stone fruit, a citrusy and tropical fruity touch as well. Taste is mildly tart, slightly sweet tropical fruity, minimally citrusy, notes of yellow stone fruit, passion fruit, a funky touch, biscuity doughy basis. Well balanced, integrated, very nice.

0,1l from tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien, shared by Sin4H, thanks. yellow quite cloudy color, small white head. smells sour, parfume, some fruity notes, grass, grapefruit. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes fruity, sourish, some parfume, grass, fruity notes, mango, pineapple, light coconut, also some citric notes. finishes with coocnut and citric notes. good stuff, taste is very lovely, smells is quite nice too. overall drinks very good

Tap Craft beer festival Vienna. Orange color with medium white head. Citrus hops, bread, dough in aroma. Taste, bread, dough, barnyard, citrus hops, oranges, zest, lemon. Light sour, lemony finish. Good, bu not worth for money they asked at festival.

At Craft Bier Fest Wien. Quite good but that is about all. Clearly not worth the buck here - 5?/dcl. Clean sour and barnyardy saisony spicy character. Good but yeah...

Orange color with white head. Aroma is fresh, vanilla, biscuity, oranges, citrusy. Taste is surprisingly bready, really sour dough like, slightly boozy. Daring, and it pays off.

375ml bottle pours out a hazy straw color topped with a small head. Nose is funk citrus floral notes a nice bread dough and white grapes. Taste is more of the funk bread dough plenty yeast and the floral notes.

375 ml bottle poured into a Spiegelau tulip. Batch #1 bottled in February 2013. Hazy golden yellow with 4 fingers of slow fading off-white head. Aromas of yeast, funk, light citrus and tropical fruit, some floral notes. Tastes of citrus and tropical fruit, doughy and wheaty yeast, floral notes, funk. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Seems more saison than wild ale to me.

Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is yeast, malt, fruit. Flavour is yeast, malt, fruit, hop, pine, bread, citrus, brett. Nice beer.
