The blend on this one is simple, just two well aged barrels. One brewed back in Jan 2016, fruited with pineapple and the other brewed in May 2016, fruited with sweet cherries. Keg and bottle conditioned since Sept 2020. 7.9% alc/vol.

The two fruits mingle like some fizzy Hawaiian punch. Pineapple up front, cherry in the finish. A refreshing combo for this warm weather. Acidity is medium to slightly above medium.

How: Draught.
Where: MBCC 2021.
Appearance: Amber colour with a small off-white head.
Aroma: Tart, sour, cherries, pineapple, fruit.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Pineapple, tart, sour, acidic, fruit, pineapple.

Draught, taster. @MBCC 2021, Copenhagen (Denmark). 23/10/2021 [#4.506 Global - #569 United States of America - #6 Sour Cellars] Pale orange colour with a minimal head. Sweet cherries, tart, barnyard. Light pineapple. Next one please!

[10/23/2021] Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2021. Green session. Clear orange-red. Cherries, barnyard, oak, a bit of marzipan, sour, juicy. Great.
