A golden blended Sour Ale re-fermented with pineapple and starfruit. The blend on this one is 52 month old (83%) mixed culture golden base, then blended after fruit fermentation with 7 month (17%) barrel aged young Saison to reduce the acidity and add some other flavors.

Where: MBCC 2021.
Appearance: Hazy yellow colour with a white head.
Aroma: Fruit, sour, acidic, pineapple, wood.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.

Draught, taster. @MBCC 2021, Copenhagen (Denmark). 23/10/2021 [#4.505 Global - #568 United States of America - #5 Sour Cellars] Hazy yellow with a small white head. Brett, funk and oak. Medium bodied and carbonation. Next one please!

[10/23/2021] Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2021. Green session. Hazy yellow. Funk, fruity, oak, sour, juicy, a bit of minerals. Great.

Bottle thanks to Denver. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head. The aroma is pineapple, yeast, oak, funk. Slick body, citrus, pineapple, oak, acidic, very good.
