Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, golden with a small, lacing, white head. Very complex aroma of acetibacter, sweet, noble rot and a hint of oak. Medium body, sweet overripe fruit, acetic acid and Brettanomyces. Tart finish, but not overly sour. Another amazingly well made Sour from Observatoriet. 230123
