Bottle. Light hazy copper, eggshell creamy lace. Light minerally perfumed aroma, peach, light oxidation. Medium light body, some dead yeast, hayish notes, light paper, minerals, fruity hops. Seems the bottle is dead despite having a few month on the BB date still.

*Bottle from Rewe Homberg, Dortmund. Nice red malty beginning. The beer is easy to drink, very fruity malty. Nice "red ale"-characteristic with a moderate bitter, nice fruity red aftertaste.

Gourmet-Flasche: Cloudy, amber coloured, stable and lacy "dirty" head; both dark malt ( with a chocolatey touch) and solid herbal to piney hops in the nose; solid dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, pretty soft; lingering piney and toasty finish. Not necessary, but quite nice...

Pours a deep dark orange color. Aroma is toffee malty and orange fruity to pine.

Bottle 330ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As Brau-Manufactur Allgaeu Braukatz No.02 Red Ale ].Unclear medium orange amber color with a average, creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, caramel, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, dusty hops. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, caramel, ale malt, dusty hops, dusty grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160517]

Bottle. Huge head with excellent duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich hops, fruits, caramel and malt. Nice and hoppy.

Es ist eine wahre Freude dieses Bier zu trinken. Ein bunter Blumenstrauß an Aromen: frisches Gras, Malz, Zitrone, Limette, Grapefruit, Heu und noch vieles mehr. Dazu in einer Harmonie, die man lange suchen muss. Hat mir sehe gut geschmeckt.

Leicht trübes orange goldenes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hopfig, rotes Malz, Karamell. Geschmack mild hopfig, rote Früchte, Karamell.
