Bottle at home, split with and thanks to James, 15/10/22. Hazed yellow to light golden with a big old frothy white head. Nose is sharp pineapple, grass, hedgerow, straw. Taste comprises pineapple chunks, light acidity, hay bale, lemon rind, damp hay, touch of coconut. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow puckering climax. Decent enough easy drinking sour.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy. Pineapple, some hops, pickle juice, sourish. Simple.

On keg at the Wee Vault. Appearance - cloudy yellow. Thin lacing. Nose - pineapple, coconut and bready. Taste - sweet coconut with tart pineapple and pithiness. Palate - medium bodied with a tangy dry finish. Overall - great stuff!

Keg at the Wee Vault. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of pineapple, coconut and faint sour. Taste is more of the same. Tangy finish.

Bottle from RAD. As “pineapple souse pale ale. In collaboration with brave noise.” Hazy yellow colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are sweet to tart pineapple with hints of tropical coconut. Tart finish. Crisp body.

Keg at wee vault. Pours pale golden, nose is pineapple, coconut, toffee, lemon, taste is juicy pineapple, tart, dry coconut, sweet.
