Die feine Hefe begeistert schon vor dem Trinken mit ihrer kräftigen, goldgelben Farbe und ihrer feinporigen Schaumkrone. Die betont fruchtigen Aromen durchsetzt mit Banane und reifer Aprikose werden von einer angenehmen, belebenden Frische begleitet. Der weiche, runde Körper trifft auf eine milde, feine Hopfenbittere und präsentiert einen sehr ausgewogenen, harmonischen Ausklang, der Lust auf mehr macht.

bottle from Kaufhof Regensburg. Very spicy nose, with cloves and pepper, wheat biscuits, only a touch of banana plus some peach and melon, but fruits are light compared to spices. Hazy orange amber with a big head going quickly to lace. Flavor is malty nd spicy, not terribly sweet, with stone fruit and citrus, sweet orange, black pepper and clove. A relatively unique weizen, in my experience. Lightly toasty and nutty from the darker malts. Nice.

From the bottle. Gold with a voluminous frothy white head that settles but lingers. Aroma is dominated by the wheat malt. Light hints of banana linger in the background. Taste is dry, mildly bitter up front with a finish that turns sweeter and ends full of cloves. Body is medium, texture is slightly watery. Pleasant.

Flasche gekauft bei Hopfen&Malz in Berlin. Helles trübes Gelb mit angemessener Schaumkrone. Aroma: Banane, Hefe. Anfangs etwas dünn und belanglos, mit der Zeit etwas subtiler und durchaus angenehm. Geschmack: Süß, leichter saurer Unterton. Banane, Hefe.

Bottle @ home. A bit hazy yellow-golden color, medium sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste wheat, lightly sweetish, but very well balanced / mixed with light citrus notes. Far from being overly sweet and / or banana-ish and imo therefore quite pleasant.

500 ml bottle. Pours unclear bright orange with big head. Some clove, estery notes, white bread, yeast. Slightly acidic, very mild taste over all. Watery to milky texture, lively carbonated, medium bodied, light dry finish. Okay Weißbier.
