A traditional mead made with the rare and coveted Tupelo blossom honey, harvested in the swamplands of southern Georgia and the panhandle of Florida. This is truly a unique and special honey, with notes of peach, pineapple, mango, subtle spice, leather, and pipe tobacco. The sweet version clocks in with a finished gravity of 1.036.

Gorgeous pale gold, looks syrupy. Smell is a bit boozy, some white grape, light peach, honey. Light mouthfeel, could use more body. Taste has some sweetness, lots of white wine flavours, and a touch of alcohol at the back. Was expecting more, not for me.
