Taster showing plum red with sparse white foam.
The nose shows moderately intense notes of black forest fruits balanced with farmhouse funk and some light vegetal notes.
The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Moderately tart with a juicy plum and blackberries then notes of dill at the end.

Odense Summer Gathering 2022 after Jonas Vingegaard victory on Hautacam. Cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma of blackcurrant, plums and mint. Dry and slightly tart fruity flavour with deep plum character.

Bottle @ Odensd Summer Tasting, 2022. Pours Hazy deep red with a White head. Funky and dry fruity flavor. Grøn stilk, elderberry, rhubarb and red fruit. Dry finish.

--Bottled at Bearbeer tasting. -- Bright purple, small pink head. Tart vinous nose with some black currant. Citric woth light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Oaky, tart and vinous, Lightly minerally with dark berries. Low bitterness.

Bottle. Pours cloudy magenta, small white pink head, decent leaving. Aroma is funk, currants, raspberry. Flavor is lighter plus tart, funky berries, mineral, oak. Medium body, spritzy. Nice beer
