Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, some grassy, earthy and mild fruity tones. Flavour is floral, herbal, grassy and some mild nectary and wooden sweetness to it.

Bottle @ Jakobs. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, flowers, little fruit. Flavor is light bitter, malt, yeasty, light tart, little fruit. Medium body, average carbonation, light tart light bitter finish. 250922

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost cear, deep golden with an off-white head. Overripe fruit aroma and a hint of Brett?? Medium body, sweet maltiness oddly flawed, slightly moldy although Brett it isn't. Strangely unclean, more like a Golden Ale. I can see it has honey and spices which may explain why. 120422

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear deep golden, small head. Grassy spicy nose. Mid dry with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Honey and spicy grass. Mid bitter finish.

ABV: 5.2%. Clear medium to dark yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, light to moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, pale malt, yeast, witbier like, spicy - peppery, medium dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211106]
