Small if persistent white head over totally clear, lively carbonated metallic pale golden beer. Bit grassy, herbal, sweet pale malts, bit mineral. Bitterish, especially in the finish, pale malts in force. Warming up, floral like violets. Light body of course, good carbonation, refreshing. Not without merit, but it is more than a tad light - certainly for an anniversary, I'd say. Txs to Stef!

0,75l bottle at home. BB 02/2023. light yellow clear color, medium big white head. smells grassy, earthy, lychee, bit leathery, bit yeasty, peppery. nice smell. light body, pearly carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, peppery, some rye bread, bit leathery, brett forward, some lime, tobacco, lightly fruity. finishes medium bitter with notes of grass, tobacco and peppery notes. pretty decent one, looses a bit towards the finish. rather drinkable for the ABV.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Etre. Pours lightly hazed yellow-gold with a fluffy, fading white head. Lightly sweet with notes of wheat flakes, cracked grains, dried bailouts, lemon rind, straw. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Clean finish. Tasty, subtle stuff. It grew on me.

Bottle. Slight hazy light golden with small white head. Cloves, lemon rind, wheat, lemon balm, doughy. Quite light taste, over light bodied. Crisp and dry. Quite OK.
