The latest in our collaboration series with Deftones, Ceremony takes an easy drinking Hazy IPA and pushes the limits of our dry-hopping regiment - doubling down on juicy and tropical hop varietals that merit commemoration. Sit back with a can and enjoy the revelry of the Double Dry-Hopped initiated. Cheers, Belching Beaver & Deftones.

47cl Blik van Beer Republic. Troebelgele kleur, witte kraag. Tropisch fruit, passievrucht, lichte hopburn, wat citrus, licht bitter, wat dennen. Lichte body. Degelijk, maar gaat wat tegenstaan na een tijdje.

Hazy yellow colour with lasting fluffy head. Aroma and flavour have tropical fruits and a slightly soapy note. Pithy bitterness in the aftertaste.

16oz can pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is citrus a little juicy but with some pine hops. Taste is more of the nice citrus pine combo and a little sweetness.

Hazy (but certainly not murky) golden colour and a rocky white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma's of tropical (sweet) fruit and resin, light vegetal. Retronasal the resin is more upfront. Flavour is moderate sweet & bitter. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Moderate bitter finish. Nice enough.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver, 09/02/2021, 3 months old
Hazy blond colour. Gentle fruit aroma, stone fruit. It's not too dry, with nice, delicate malts; moderate bitterness, with some peachy hop character, fruity.
Very pleasant.
