As Giesinger Dunkles 5.3 %.Smell of roaasted malt. Bronze colour, high beige head. Aroma of licorice, roasted malt, some coffee. Medium sweet. Nice body. Medium carbon.

On tap at the brewery. Creamy white head, dark dark brown for a snowy night. Molasses, bready nose. Great light roast flavor and good balance. Tasty!

On tap at the brewpub in the company of Kostas, Sunday 9th February 2020. Pours chestnut brown with an off white head. Sweet and malty, soft carbonation,a little dark fruit tang. For some reason it tastes similar to a mild.

From bottle. Nuts, malt, lemon, wood, a bit metal. Dry bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily watery texture, soft carbonated, dry malty finish. Not exciting.

Bottle @ Home. Pours hazy dark brown with a creamy offwhite head, lacings. Aroma of malt, carmael, wood, nuts, little chocolate. Flavor is sour, malt, wood, acid, infected sourness. Thin to medium body, average to lively carbonation, acidic finish. Strange.. no sourness in aroma...291117

Brown with little beige head. Aroma is toffee nuts chestnut brown sugar. Taste is brown sugar sweetness and some roast nuts bitterness. Smooth and drinkable. A bit flat. Ok.
