0.33 l bottle from 'Slijterij Berendsen', 2022 vintage at 5.5% abv, best before September 2032. Slightly hazy, orangeish red with a thin, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, sourish, citric, rather fruity aroma of lemon, rhubarb, raspberry and blackcurrant. Heavily sour, rather fruity taste of massive lemon, rhubarb, raspberry, blackcurrant and oak, followed by a medium long, fairly tart, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, heavily astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Way too sour and acidic, hardly enjoyable, fairly simple as well. Not great.

330mL bottle, pours a clear pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart raspberries, light wild yeast, and tart currants. Flavour is tart, with acidic raspberries and currants, and gentle wild yeast. Fairly mild, gently acidic. Pleasant but nothing special.

Dark pink colour with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour have lots of tangy raspberries. No whisky though.

750ml bottle. Cloudy, red colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, pink-ish head. Earthy, fruity, pulpy aroma, intense notes of raspberry, mildly funky overtones. Taste is tart, fruity, slightly funky yeasty, slightly lactic, earthy notes of raspberry, subtle residual sweetness. Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth, minimally astringent palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Very nice.

KJUBCZ Chris-mas tasting. Hazy pinkish amber with white head. Sour grains, sour raspberries, black currant, bit of lemonade syruppy and fryitpulp, dry and thin. Soft carb and minerallike feel.

Bottle shared. Hazy deep pink with almost no head. Massive raspberry, indeed a bit of cassis, wheat, mint, a touch of yeast. Solid medium sour, lighter sweet. Medium bodied. Tasty.
