[Batch 3] 100mL pour at brewery. Pours clear ruby with pink head. Aroma has tons of raspberries and some wood. Flavour has a ton of punchy raspberries, light acidity, a touch of funk, and a semi-dry woody finish. Great fruit flavour with just enough acidity and wood to round it out. Very nice.

On tap at Dageraad. Beautiful colour, thin pink head. The nose has lots of raspberry, and some rounded boozy sort of notes from the barrel. Moderate acidity and a bit of funk…i would say bourbon barrel…might not be first use but there’s still something of it left in there. It’s kind of a neat effect because it’s hard to pin down. I swear there’s some low level diacetyl in here, too, but that’s the “hard to pin down” thing. Raspberry is nice, steady and present throughout.

Good opaque deep pink body and okay foam. Excellent sour cherry on the nose, tart and rich, slight malt notes. Taste is robust tart cherry, softly vinous, light grain lingers. Very well done and a pleasure to drink.

750ml on Phill's deck. Appearance: a bit hazy purple with a rose head. Aroma: tons of raspberries with barrel notes. Taste: very carbonated, moderately sour, dry, lots of berries. Maybe a bit artificial? Overall: good one.

750mL bottle, pours a clear dark pinkish red with a small pink head. Aroma brings out lots of bright tart raspberries, with a touch of wild yeast and light oak. Flavour is full of tart raspberries upfront, some petrol, light oak, and a touch of wild yeast. Really nice berry character, but with little other depth. Very good.

Deep red with a pink head. Super intense fresh raspberries. Sour raspberries and some nice pit cinnamon notes. Quite nice.
