Hazy straw, white head. Light citrus nose. Palate is fruity and tart with citrus zest. Refreshing but nothing special.

On tap at Main Street, pours a cloudy pale peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of bright citrus zest, lemon juice and a little lacto. Flavour is yogurty and lemony, with lots of citrus zest, lemon juice concentrate, and tons of lacto. Totally inauthentic and too yogurty. It's not terrible but this is nothing I hope for in the style.

Cloudy light yellow body and okay foam. Sweet lemon soda aroma, lots of lingering citrus. Taste is septic lemon, sugary, cloying sugar to finish. The cake is a lie, and this is really close.
