On tap at The Magnet, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light citrus hops, some white wine grapes, and a little pine. Flavour is full of white whine grape must, piney hops and a touch of sweetness. Nice blend of the wine must and hops, though could use both a little more amped up. Good stuff.

Draught at Yellow Dog, Port Moody
Cloudy blond colour. Fruity aroma. The mouthfeel is a bit soapy, but there is a mild, nice tartness, with grapes, barrels, some astringency, tannins. Very good.

Okay cloudy yellow body and modest foam. Some sour sharp lemon notes on the nose, wine? Naw, that's crazy talk. Taste is sharp lemony hops, zesty almost, finishing refreshing with good carbonation. I guess I didn't get the context, it's okay as an IPA but nothing points toward a wine IPA.

A taster shared with Alex (f@ck you COVID). Appearance: cloudy blonde with a white head. Aroma: smells like exhaust gases with some manure, puke, and fruity character. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: thanking to Nelson Sauvin I do NOT really like this beer.

Quite pale, slight haze. Thin head. Has a fair bit of vinous, oniony hops. Is that sauv blanc? I don’t drink that one too often. Light tartness, and a fair bit of residual malt. Definitely comes across more as hops than grapes. Seems relatively sweet, so I’d almost want a bigger hit of hop, but it’s not bad.
