Our very first blend was a mixed beer consisting of 4 beers: Two sour beers and 2 blond beers. The Zure Pater ** EASY ** is a blend with mainly blond beers (90%) and a small proportion of Zure Pater ** UNCUT ** (10%).
Used beers: Zure Basisbier, Sint Bernardus Extra, Viven Blond
Expect an easy drinking blond beer with a slightly acidic aftertaste.
This beer is the ideal stepping stone to sour beers, for those who want to give it a try before starting the real thing.

Funky woolly hairy bretty horseblanketjuice while watching 📺Two Horses of Genghis Kahn (2009). Sour hay, sweet blonde underneath. This is the best pater so far. Medium body, soft carb. Condolences to the Deconinck family.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 8
Mild gusher. Pours fairly clear blonde. Medium to medium big, stable pillowy white head. Scent is brett, somewhat fruity ( esters, but not banana ) mild citrus even. Recognizable lambic influence. Taste is woody, funky, brett, peach / citrus. mild BE style esters ( mild banana here) . Medium body. Very high carbo, but otherwise very nice.
