YG. Dark golden color with an off-white head. Aroma and flavor is wort, fruit, malt, bread, sugar, rye, caramel.

Pour clear deep mahogany into a trappist glass. Mocha head with medium retention recedes to mottle surface. Caramel and brown bread aromas. Medium bodied with earthy raisin bread and caramel upfront turning to dry, sour earth in the medium length finish.

Rhine river trip 2025. Clear deep copper-brown with a three-finger off-white head. Aroma is pleasant roasted grains. Taste is also roasted grains but not so much pleasant.
