11 day old can A: Poured a short thick tan head over a lightly hazed reddish amber body. Good retention with lasting ring and pad. S: Dried leaves, green herbs, toast, caramel and spice. T: Moderately bitter as herbal hops mingle with dry toast. Toasty bread lingers with a light vegetal note. Low sweetness. M: Prickly carbonation and medium light body. Finish is half sweet , half dry. O: Good balance of flavors and not too sweet. I like it.

Caramel malt and fresh hay aroma. Hazy amber with large tan head. Lightly sweet caramel malt, and moderately bitter, astringent fresh hay flavor. Good body.
