really nice malt centered still light aroma, very fine notes of cardboard and straw but they build positively to the overall aroma. flavor is very malty sweet but has some finer fruity notes too, making it more easily drinkable.

Bottle at This is Loco. Pours a hazy yellow gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is earthy malt and grass. Slick body, grass, biscuit, light crisp finish, very good.

Near clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, malt and light hops. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

Seems like my beer batch #52 was much better than the 1st raters. Pours light gold a little hazy, the head was a little bit disappointing and soon departed, a little bready on the nose, some lemon citrus, slight sweetness, ok. Btw had this at Protokollon Summer Coffee Lounge & Bar, on the beach 4km from Leonidio, Peloponnese, Greece, Tuesday 31st August 2021.
