Our collaboration with Printed Weird is here.

A collision of raspberry and pineapple flavours makes our Fruit Salad Brummie. This sour beer is tart, sweet, rammed with fruit and attitude.

Beer? Hell yeah.

Can from Connolly's Wine Merchants. Dark orange pour with small but lasting white top. Aroma of tart raspberries, peach, grains. Taste is tart and sweet with watermelon, raspberry, peach, pale malts; oddly pineapple isn't coming through that strongly. Smooth mouthfeel. Has just the right amount of adjunct, not too artificial here. A very pleasant fruity sour.

Keg at the Halton Turner taproom, 12/02/22. Lightly hazed orange with a faint reddish glint and topped with a good sized lasting cream cap. Nose is tangy citric zest, hint of red berries, straw, grains. Taste comprises fruit salad chews, lemon zest, grass, toasted malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest pucker. Fun refreshing sour ... gets the fruit salad effect over well.
