Hibiscus Sour is a crispy beer, flavoured with tea.The tea contains hibiscus flower, citrus peel, strawberry and apple. We have worked with a lower acidity combined with fruitiness from the tea, to create a complex and delicate experience.

330ml bottle from Saveur Biere - Pinkish amber body, shortlived white head. Nose is unripe strawberries and gooseberry. Sharp taste, fruity through out, crisp and fresh finish.

33cl Fles van Hopt.nl Beery Christmas '21. Aangename verrassing dit. Mistig roze kleur, lichtroze kraag. Ruikt naar frambozen- en aardbeienpuree, zoet maar niet kunstmatig, bloemig, lichtzure hibiscus en citroenschil, tarwe, lichtzure finish. Lichte body. Bijzonder smaakvol en verfrissend.

Aroma: lactic, funk, candy, medicinal and red berries. Taste: tangy and fruity leading to a sweet strawberry finish. Astringent aftertaste. Next one please!

From the Beer Hawk Advent Calendar. Should surely be called Tea Sour? Aroma is funky with a good fruity streak. Hazy blood orange orange. Thin foamy white head soon recedes. Heavy bitter. But tangy with fruity. Acidity but also a hint of sweetness and tannin.. Medium-heavy bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long astringent finish. Pleasmt stuff for sure.
