Bottled 330ml. -from Coop Conthey Bassin (Sion). Hazy pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, strong coriander in the nose. Coriander, vegetables, light citrusy and mild spicy with bitterish finish.

hazy darker yellow colour, large, dense white head; aroma of wheat, some citric, lemon zesty and sweat notes; taste is similar to the aroma with some bread crusty and bittery notes; not among the best witbiers for sure

(On tap @ ESEB 2015 conference bar, Casino de Montbenon, Lausanne, Aug 12 2015) Pours hazy straw gold with a fairly big frothy white head and lace. Aroma of hay, coriander, sweet bubblegum esters, touch of banana, citrus, grain, not too strong. Flavour of citrus peel, moderately sweet pale malt, grainy, grassy, spice hints. Finish fairly dry, touch acidic, grain and hay, very light spices in aftertaste. Light bodied with average carbonation. Nothing really inspiring here, not that nuanced or well-balanced but refreshing and drinkable enough at 2CHF/glass.

Pale yellow color with small white head. Bubble gum, citrus, spice. Weirdly artificial. Not a very good Witbeer.

Bottle. Cloudy pale yellow with small creamy white head, very slight citrus aroma, flat citrus taste, low carbonation, abrupt finish with a bit of sourness at the end. Not the best witbier I have tasted.
