Tight white head on a slowly carbonating pale yellow body. Floral aroma with grass, wheat, grain & faint malt. Medium bodied, light & fresh on the palate with an airy clean back. Bread, grass, fruity, malt & lemon & light citrus tastes.

Bottle at home just in case Dortmunders and Helles remain split need to up the rates of each, a classic I hadn’t realized I never rated. Clear gold pour small head. Nose is grains and light lemon. Tastes of pale malt, grain, straw faint citrus. Crisp enough easy drinking.
