17/9/2022. Can at the Malilla GP beer share. From Craft Metropolis, Penge. Pours hazy dark pink with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of blueberry, citrus, yeast, berry crumble. Moderate sweetness, medium sour, lightly salty. Moderate body, bit watery, average carbonation.

Tap at 73 Enid Street. A milky blue, purple pink coloured pour with a fine pink head. Aroma is tart berry, yogurt funk, woody raspberry, lacto. Flavour is composed of super sharp, tart berries, lacto, sharp, milky wheat,. Palate is tart, prixkly, sharp, moderate carbonation. Ok

Keg @ Tap and Can. Pours a vivid, opaque deep pink colour, no head. Good fruity nose. Taste presents a razor sharp, crisp tangy blueberry and red berry smorgasbord. Moderate carbonation, medium bodied. Very good.
