On the road to a Double Dry Hopped IPA. I was dreaming of Mosaic, Idaho 7, Sabro and Bru-1. And the dream I had was Kviek... yes the dream I had was Kveik!

Huge, dense, stable, lightly yellowish head over fully hazy yellow beer; lacerings. Classic fruity esters' nose, citrus, exotic fruit, nectarine, lunaria. Diary, kernels, dry hops, vegetables. Not-sweet pineapple. Can't find the Kveik if it is there. Very dry, chalk-y. Quite slick, very carbonated, almost astringent. Very classical, dry IPA - in the good way.

Can picked up at Kihoskh and drunk at home - hazy to opaque yellow with a nice white head. Sabro and bru-1 combine for that prominent pineapple hit, some citrus fruity lemon and grapefruit in support, medium sweet with some floral accents throughout, sweet malt and yeasty notes, lingering hoppy finish. Drinks well, nice.
