This is our 2020 vintage fine cyder, made with specially selected dessert apples using precise wine-making techniques and slowly cold fermented in our cellar. The result is a super-fresh elegant cyder; you can expect ripe pear, melon and almond on the nose, with a crisp apple taste.

750ml tall bottle from Cider is Wine. Pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of apple, grassy funk. Taste is tart, tangy apple, fruity, white wine, with citric acidity. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.
