A blend of 2020 Dabinett, about 70%, and 2019 Browns, about 30%. The Browns provides acidity which balances perfectly with the tannins in full flavoured Dabinett. Close your eyes and the aroma will transport you to an orchard. Taste it and you will just want more.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Orange amber gold colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, baked apple hint, funk. Taste is tangy, tart apple, fruity, solventy funk, and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry funky tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
