This is a smooth American style wheat beer with 40kgs of raspberry puree in the fermenter to give it a real lightness and a fresh tart finish. This is easy going and at 6.3% is pretty big but that leaves lots of room for the complex flavours of the wheat to come through.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers. Aroma of raspberry, grain, wheat and vanilla. Taste is as you would expect of a raspberry wheat beer with a good raspberry taste coming through. Nice mixture of sweetness and bitterness. Not overly carbonated. Not bad at all.

18/12/2021. Can sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of dull raspberry, flowers, wheat. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, slight creaminess, average carbonation. Okay.

440ml can from Top of the Hops, Darlington. Reddish tinged golden colour, bubbly white foam head leaving some lacing and aroma of raspberry, soda. Taste is raspberry fruity, tangy, tart, with wheaty notes and some astringent bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite OK
