For this sour IPA we’ve teamed up with fellow north east brewery Play. We’ve brewed a modern hazy IPA featuring tons of Simcoe, El Dorado and Sabro hops, and then dosed with a big hit of mango puree and fermented with Philly Sour yeast. Aromas of fresh mango and tart pineapple lead to a full and slightly sweet mouthfeel with a refreshing acidity and sour finish.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers. Aroma of sherbet and mango. Taste is of the same with other citrus fruits and zest. Very sour and dry. Medium carbonation with a long finish. very enjoyable.

12/12/2021. Can sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy pale golden orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma of mango, citrus, grass, sherbet, yeast. Moderate sweetness, medium sour. Medium body, slightly watery, gently fizzed carbonation. Nice long tart finish. Very good.

440ml can from Craft & Berry. Murky orange colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of zingy mango, fruity. Taste is sour, pale malt, fruity mango, juicy, with zesty citrus and dusty bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying sour mango finish. Nicely drinkable.

440ml can. Pours very hazy dull gold with a small head. Aroma is sour and tart tangerine and mango. Taste has salty sour tangerine to start with a sour mango and tangerine finish.
