A blend of Dabinett and dessert apples pressed in 2019, and cellar aged for over 18 months before its first release. This cider has gone through significant changes during its maturation, and will continue to develop in the bottle.
A dry still cider that has notes of walnut and a chalky minerality enlivened by grapefruit, bitter orange and oolong tea.

750ml bottle. Hazy yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of mellow apple, some funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy apple, fruity, woody, with some soft tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Well balanced, nicely drinkable.
