BIAB sample courtesy from Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles in top and aroma of apple, woody oak, formic, coconut. Taste is sweet, apple, woody, formic notes, buttery, some funk. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite OK

8/10/2021. From BIAB at the 43rd Bedford Beer and Cider Festival. Pours clear golden with a green tint and a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apple, brown sugar, coconut and light funky notes. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Slight dryness to finish. Not bad.
