750ml wired cork bottle from J&R Armitage. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, clear yellow gold colour, fizzy white foam head that rapidly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruity, caramel. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, fruity, with alittle caramel, sugar notes, white wine, and some acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying finish with a slight residual sugary sweetness. Nicely drinkable.
