BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Pale golden colour, no head and aroma of green apple, fleshy. Taste is tart, apple, fleshy, green apple, acidic. Slick mouthfeel, light bodied, low carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Quite drinkable
