Sample courtesy of Grumbo via danlo, cheers. Aroma red apple, citrus and a hint of funk. Taste is lemon zest, apple with a drying lemon finish. Medium carbonation. Nice.

Cask at the Fox and Grapes, Nottingham. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with little life. The flavour is moderate sweet, tart acidic sour, with a crisp, super dry, herbal, passionfruit citrus palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

24/10/2021. BIAB sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours cloudy pale yellow gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of rich, juicy apply, caramel, slight citrus and sulphur notes. Moderate sweetness, tangy sour. Moderate body, quite fizzy. Enjoyable.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Cloudy golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, fleshy. Taste is apple, fleshy, some core, cooked apple, with caramel and toffee notes, with some tartness and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable
