Sample courtesy of Grumbo via danlo, cheers! Aroma of green apple, hints of funk, citrus and a bit of wood. Taste is a touch sour and very dry. A bit of a watery finish.

26/10/2021. BIAB sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with minimal head. Aroma of musty green apple with a light funky edge. Moderate sweetness, tartness and body. Low carbonation. Bittersweet and light dry finish. Not bad.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Deep golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, alittle funk. Taste is tart, tangy apple, citric, zingy, with mucky funk notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite OK
