Sample courtesy of Grumbo via danlo, cheers! Aroma of sweet apple and a small amount of funk. Very sharp taste, a bit candied and sour. Nice.

25/10/2021. BIAB sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of semi-sweet apple, light musty notes and a touch mucky. Lovely tart apple taste. Moderate body, low carbonation. Dry and tart finish. Floated my boat this one.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, musty. Taste is tart, apple, fruity, fleshy with some drying acidity. Light bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable
