Bottle shared by Dutchdrebus at tasting. A bit hazy yellow color, no head. Aroma is horrible: cat pee mixed with rotting flowers. Flavor is floral and sweet at first, then the horrible flavor hits you. Rotting flowers, sweetish moldy. Yuk. Undrinkable for me. Bleh.

500ml bottle from Raise the Bar. Golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of elderflower, juicy apple, mucky funk. Taste is juicy apple, mucky funk, floral elderflower notes, with some tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, tart drying finish with lingering elderflower. Quite drinkable.

Bottle at the Old Piggery, 17/09/20. Very light haze on a golden yellow pour. Nose is mellow to earthy elderflower, apple skins, straw. Taste comprises tangy orchard fruit, apple skins, elderflower notes, hint of smoked pork, light tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Decent.
