Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Colin. A A light hazed plummy pink red coloured pour with a halo of pinkish head. Aroma s semi sweet, sticky, cinnamon, cherry, fennel. Bottle at home, from Cider Incider, 18/06/22. Clear cherry red with a fast collapsing light crimson cap. Nose is tangy apple skin, hedgerow, vague smoke, orchard wood, blush. Taste comprises bitter sweet apples, tannins, light farmyard twang, herb, orchard wood, vinous, red apple skins. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Decent drop ... not particularly sweet and well balanced.

750ml bottle pour at Cider Salon 2021, Trinity Arts Centre, Bristol, 14Aug2021. Bright red colour, no head and fruity apple aroma. Taste is fruity, red apple, with a herbal type note, aspirin hint, and some acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
