75cl bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy yellow. Steady carbonation. Nose - funky bruised apple. Citrus and hay. Taste - fresh apple that seems a bit stewed while still being fresh and acidic. Palate - surprisingly creamy for a cider. Balanced with good acidity. Overall - enjoyed this. This wild ferment approach is definitely better on cider than on wine.

750ml bottle pour at Cider Salon 2021, Trinity Arts Centre, Bristol, 14Aug2021. Murky white yellow colour, no head and aroma of straw, fruity, apple. Taste is mellow apple, fruity, tropical fruits, with some light acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.
