This refreshing mature cider really packs a punch. Named after Cracker the Boathorse one of the few remaining working boathorses, lived in a canal side paddocks surrounded by apple orchards. Zero added sugar.

BIAB at Exelby Beer Fest, Green Dragon, Exelby. Clear golden colour no head and aroma of fruity apple, green apple. Taste is apple, fleshy, alittle tartness and light acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable
