750ml bottle pour at Cider Salon 2021, Trinity Arts Centre, Bristol, 14Aug2021. Slightly hazy orangey golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of mucky apple. Taste is apple, fleshy, tart, some mucky horseblanket funk, and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
