You might think this is recipe number 7, in fact this relates to the seventh planet from the Sun. In 1690 John Flamstead , The Astronomer Royal from Denby in Derbyshire, wrote about a star that he had seen. It's believed this was the first sighting of the planet.

Made from a blend of locally collected and Herefordshire apples mixed with blackberry. The blackberry comes from a 100% fruit concentrate giving a sour edge which gives way to a sweet apple finish.

500ml bottle from Two Shires, Red colour, some bubbles on top tatg dissipate away and aroma of fruity blackberry, apple. Taste is sweet, tart, apple, blackberry, with some acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry blackberry finish. Quite drinkable.
