Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Aroma of sweet apple, quite funky and woody. Taste is of sharp apple and quite acidic. Quite fruity and dry with a touch of fizz.

15/9/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet fleshy apple, caramel, touch of funk, wood, vanilla, musty notes. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Moderate body, oily watery texture, quite fizzy. Tart, slightly citric/vinegary finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Baristas of Pershore. Pale golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of fruity, apple. Taste is sweetish, fruity, apple, mellow, vanilla, some light acidity and woody orchardy funk. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium slightly acidic bittersweet finish. Nicely drinkable.
