BOTTLE 33 CL from Bov. 8% ABV. Wow... that’s a funky beer! Green fruit, rose wine, barely detectable fruit or grapes. Strong winy acidity, some green pithy bitterness. Very light and easy drinking. Not much classical saison spice there - it is more a young wine than a beer. But then, real wines are way more noble and polished. Still, interesting and enjoyable.

Bottle from Au Grain d’Orge, Crissier
Pinkish copper clor with ephemeral frothy head. Very interesting aroma, the notes of elderflower are prominent; it also has light notes of wine and footy yeast. Dry mouthfeel, light; it has a light vinous character; it’s closer to a Rosé wine than to a beer, but it has an atypical astringency.
Nice.

Pinkish color with medium nice head. Wild yeast funk and grapes, tart, flowery. Taste is dry, tart grapes, citrusy, spicy. Slightly metallic towards the end, but this time it fits - with the Pinot Gris it didn?t. Light bitter leathery finish. A real winner, I love it!
