750ml bottle pour at Cider Salon 2021, Trinity Arts Centre, Bristol, 14Aug2020. Pale golden colour, some fine bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, caramel. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, some caramel notes, acidic, white wine. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
