A single variety perry made from the well known Thorn pear using the méthode ancestrale approach. This unfiltered naturally sparkling perry is a golden colour. Initial acidity develops to gentle tannins enhanced by the natural sparkle with aromas reflecting lazy summer days.

750ml bottle pour at Cider Salon 2021, Trinity Arts Centre, Bristol, 14Aug2021. Pale golden colour, some fine bubbles on top and aroma of perry pear. Taste is solventy funk, pear, fruity, pasty, along with some acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.
